Change of Address Form
If you have moved and need to change the address details that we hold for you, then you may need to fill out a
form authorising us to do so.
You can browse or print the Change of Address form in a PDF format.
You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the PDF version.

Completing the form
Before completing the application form, it would be useful to have the following information on hand:

Your customer number. If you are updating joint account details then you'll also need the
customer number of the other joint account holder.

If you are registered with a telephone PIN, you can change your address by calling
0800 28 28 28 and hold for personal assistance.
If you don't have a telephone PIN, just call 0800 18 18 18, you may be able to get
yourself set-up with one.
