Mobile Phone Banking
Access your accounts from your mobile phone with National Bank Mobile Phone Banking. You can use your phone
throughout New Zealand where there is coverage.
National Bank Mobile Phone Banking offers personal customers three services:

Txt-Banking – check your balance or receive a mini-statement simply by sending us a text

M-Banking – if your phone is Java capable, you may be able to download our M-Banking application
for easy access to your accounts whenever you need it.
- iBank - allows you to check your account balances, make bill payments and transfer funds
all from your iPhone or iPod Touch

To register:
You can register for Txt Banking:

through "Other services" in Online Banking (if you are registered),

by calling 0800 22 82 82 or,

visiting a National Bank branch.
You can register for M-Banking:
- by calling 0800 22 82 82 or
- visiting a National Bank branch.
You can register for iBank:
- If you are already registered for our Online Banking, simply download the
iBank application then call us to get enabled on 0800 49 50 51 (Personal Customers), or 0800 69 62 69
(Business/Rural customers).
If you change your phone number after registering, you will need to contact us to deregister that number
and register your new one. You can do this by calling 0800 22 82 82.
