I can’t access Online Banking - What's wrong?
Your log on attempt was unsuccessful please try again.
Check your caps lock key - remember passwords are case sensitive!
If you have forgotten your password, you need to get a new one.

Your connection to the Bank has been left idle for too long. You have been logged out. Please login
again.

Check that your URL is correct – this is a common problem if the log on page has been
bookmarked incorrectly. You cannot bookmark any secure pages within Online Banking (once you have
entered your customer number and password).

If the page has been left idle for a period of 10 minutes, Online Banking logs your session out due
to inactivity. You will need to log on to Online Banking again.
Online Banking is unavailable. Please try again later.
This error can occur when you are trying to log in to Online Banking with more than one customer number at the same time.
If you log in a second time, your original Online Banking session is logged out as a security measure. If you try to use the second session, it will also be logged out as a security measure. To log in, close both windows, and/or tabs, and log in again with one Online Banking session.
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 you can access more than one Customer Number at the same time by selecting 'File' in the top menu then 'New Session'.
