Change your Contact Details

An easy way to update your contact information, including your residential and postal address as well as your phone numbers and email address.

Follow our simple step-by-step guide to changing your contact details or  print this guide and read it later. This form can't be used for accounts with more than one signatory.

Step 1 Getting started

When you log in to Online Banking you'll arrive at a page showing your account balances. From the options at the top of the page click on My Details & Services and then select Change Contact Details.

Step 2 Enter your new contact details

You'll arrive at the Change Contact Details screen with an empty form for you to fill out.

Try to fill in as much information as you can, including your daytime phone number.

Here you can update your contact details for your other banking services as well, like your credit card and insurance. Simply tick the box next to the appropriate service.

Once you're happy with the details you have entered click Next.

Step 3 Check that the changes you made are correct

On the Confirm Changes screen you can check that the details you entered on the previous screen are correct.

If all the details are correct click Confirm & change.

If you'd like to change anything click the Contact details button and you'll be taken back to the previous screen.

Step 4 Get confirmation

All done! You'll get a message on the screen saying your contact details have been submitted successfully. Now you can make another transaction, check your account balances or log off if you're finished.

Can I change my postal, residential and email address details in Online Banking?

Yes, select 'Change Contact Details' from the My Details & Services menu to update your postal and residential address and telephone numbers. To update your email address, select 'Change Online Banking Email Preferences'.

Will this update all of my accounts that I have with the bank?

You can update your address details across all of your accounts that you are authorised to sign alone, including term deposits, loans, credit cards, unit trusts, insurance and foreign currency accounts.
