To use Touchtone Phone Banking, you need your customer number, which is printed on your
Thoroughbred Card or Cashpoint Card.
You will also need a 5-digit personal identification number (PIN). You select this PIN
when you first call to register for Touchtone Phone Banking.

You can call from overseas, so long as you're calling from a touchtone phone. You will
have to meet the cost of the international call.
